Friends of the festival

The Friends of the Festival is a non-profit association that supports and assists the Elverum Festival with volunteer work (e.g. concert hosts), and works to increase interest and engagement in the festival.
As a friend of the festival, you are not only a good contributor to the implementation of the Festival, but you also receive a number of exciting offers all year round. The association arranges opera and concert tours in addition to other smaller social gatherings in and outside Elverum.

The Festival advantage gives you:
– Concert tickets at greatly reduced prices

– Offers of various activities and tours

Membership: NOK 250 per year
The Friends of the Festival awards a talent scholarship of NOK 20,000 every other year to young talented musicians in the local area. The scholarship is not advertised, and cannot be applied for.
The board appoints a music scholarship committee that selects a performer and submits a recommendation to the board.
